    Grand Floridian Resort & Spa

This resort really caught my eye with the beautiful scenery and appearance all around. Although the price is rather steep, I think it would be worth the experience of staying there. Have any of you all stayed here? What are some things you can share to help me decide if it is truly worth that much money.

I have not visited this particular facility. However the name itself does imply a certain amount of priceyness.

I have never been to a spa for myself and not sure if the name is to be considered what I consider a spa. Where you go and get pampered for a day. Have your body made over, massaged and decorated to be made beautiful for an exciting night out.

I would love to visit this resort and take advantage of all the luxuries they have to offer. Perhaps I will put that on my wish list and let my family know that they need to send me to Disneys Resort and Spa so that I can feel all brand new.. for at least one day

The Grand Floridian is one of the best resorts on Disney property. If you have the money to back your trip, I whole heartedly reccomend that you check it out.

They have some A-class activities and by far some of the most comfortable beds that you will EVER sleep in.

It looks like a remarkable resort. I'm not too deep into the spas myself. lol But, am loving the scenery. Thanks for your input scheda, I could only imagine how comfortable their beds truly are. Maybe I need to save up for this one, it seems to be a remarkable point to visit and take advantage of.

That's great to know about the beds. I don't plan on doing much sleeping while I'm there. So the better the bed is the better I'll feel rested on a short amount of sleep time. I imagine this is an important key to your overall enjoyment when taking a trip to any place. It's not something that I generally consider on my checklist. Thanks for pointing it out and reminding me of this.

I visited this resort in January this year for my 50th birthday, it was our first trip without the kids. I fully recommened anyone visit this resort, it was amazing, yes it was pricey, but well worth it, I only stayed 4 nights (wish it had been more). I was made to feel so special, we dined in the Victoria and Alberts Restaurant (WOW) not to be missed (no kids or characters) - we also had a photo shoot in the grounds and the resort hotel. The rooms were beautiful, spotless, furnished and decorated with paramount style and taste, the beds were the most comfortable I have ever slept in, better than home. I cant recommend it enough. If you go have a wonderful time, I know I did. Gailie.
