Just wondering if anyone has eaten at the Rainforest Cafe outside Animal Kingdom. Was the food any good, and were the service and prices reasonable at the Rainforest Cafe?

The Rainforest Cafe outside Animal Kingdom can certainly get busy for dinner. From my experience the service is a bit hit and miss, so if a queue builds up is can certainly be a wait until you get a table.

That said, although the food is pretty standard fare, it's generally and the portions are pretty large. That said, the themeing of The Rainforest Cafe is pretty good and my kids certainly enjoy visiting.

How about visiting for breakfast. It tends to be a lot quiter then, and you can visit just before you go into AK. You can get the menu from there site at Rainforest Cafe®

The Rainforest Cafe is a lot of fun. I havent been to the one in Disney but the one I went to was really cool. I remember the food being good, if that is something your worried about. But I also remember waiting for awhile, and it being busy. So if you want to go, I suggest makeing reservations or going early to put your name on the list.
