Question? Disney area Villas

Hi,

We are planning on staying at the disney area villas in july for 2 weeks.

We have never stayed here before.

I would appreciate any feedback on the villa area?

Is it local to all amenities and shopping, theme parks and would i need to hire a car to get around or is public transport a better option.

Is "Disney Area Villas" a company? Do you have a link to them?

Orlando has many villa communities dotted around, so a bit more info is required.

This is the only descrption i could find, any feedback would be highly appreciated.

Well I can't vouch for Disney Area Homes as a company, but Kissimmee is certainly a popular area for villas close to Disney. The other main region is Davenport which is a bit further south.

I've always booked my villas direct with the owners so I could pick the actual community I was on.
