Question? Where's best to stay for a non driver?

I'm planning a trip for sept 2010 for my 21st. It's going to be my first time without the parents so i won't be driving!! Don't think I would be old enough any way from some things i've read. So i was just wondering where would be best to stay, either on Disney or somewhere like I drive. I will be visiting Disney the most, so the free transport from Disney would be ideal, but i like the idea of being able to walk to restaurants at night on I drive, without having to get taxi's every where.

Any help would be appreciated. Thanks

Honestly Hannah, for anyone to say you are staying "off site" and claiming it would be walking distance to Disney... don't believe it. Unless you are an experienced walker of course (smiles). If you are not driving, you have two options: stay on-site with a Disney hotel or stay in a resort that has a shuttle. Know that this last option will get you to the Disney parks, but not to the supermarket.
