Useful Villa Directory Orlando / Florida

I just found this directory of Villas in Florida, the prices vary widely, but there are pictures of the Villas, lists of the facilities, and even the distance from various attractions - some of them look close enough that if you were a family staying there, the cost would be very inexpensive compared to a hotel and the distance would not be an inconvenience.

Florida villas and florida vacation rentals homes and condos, Gulf Coast and Orlando villas Florida

You deal directly with the Villa owner, so I think you'd have to be careful and ask for references, etc.

Does anyone know if there are any smaller villas available? A couple paying for a 4 bed, 2 bathroom villa doesn't really make sense...

To be honest, the price difference between a 3 bed and four bed villa is probably neglegible.

I don't normally worry about this size, but more location and facilities (games room, south-facing pool etc).

My favourite villa site is Orlando Villas and Florida Vacation homes direct from the owner

Thanks for that link - the site you gave is much easier to navigate

I see that theres no 1 or 2 bed Villas listed, so I see your point.

There are some on both sites that are supposedly very close to the parks. I think I would enjoy the Villa experience - having the run of the place instead of being stuck in a hotel room is more fun to me.

I'd just like to reiterate what Spondishy said. A villa is just as practical for a couple as it is for a famoly. In fact I know of several owners that discount for low occupancy in low season. So economically it makes so much sense!

The other thing is that it is so much more private and personal and experience - for a few $ more per night its well worth it!

My favorite sites are vacation rentals (US$) or florida villas (UK£)

There are a bunch of articles on these sites that give loads more information.

    Enjoy!
