Construction of Hogwarts Castle has started

Sections of steel that are rumored to be parts of the Hogwarts Castle at the Wizarding World of Harry Potter have started to go up.

If you want to see some photos of the construction and an interesting insight into why J.K.Rowling gave permission for the WWOHP to be built at Islands of Adventure pop over to Jim Hill : Steal a glimpse and/or glimpse some steel at the "Harry Potter" construction site.



You'll find the entrance just beside the Flying Unicorn ride (soon to be the Flying Hippogriff). And if you ride the Flying Unicorn, you can actually get a bit of a bird's eye view of the construction site.

Like nearly everyone in the world I'm a huge Harry Potter fan and am really looking forward to seeing WWOHP at Islands of Adventure.

Shame we've had to wait until all the books have been published.
