Just thought I'd share another useful link - plug in the dates you're going to be in Orlando, and it tells you what shows are on - both at WDW, and in the rest of Orlando.

Its got quite a large catalogue of venues that it lists shows for. Its proving quite handy for me in helping me pick between some possible dates:
