Is Epcot center is included in the magic kingdom ticket, how the heck does it work?

Discuss the Is Epcot center is included in the magic kingdom ticket, how the heck does it work? thread at the EPCOT forums at the Walt Disney World Orlando Visiting Forum.
I'm confused, I would like to go to Orlando parks, obviously see the Disney castle, sea world, etc, but also epcot, do I need to buy 1 ticket to magic ...

    Is Epcot center is included in the magic kingdom ticket, how the heck does it work?

    I'm confused, I would like to go to Orlando parks, obviously see the Disney castle, sea world, etc, but also epcot, do I need to buy 1 ticket to magic kingdom and 1 ticket to epcot?

    Yep, the ticketing system is darn complex. First off, Disney is in no way related to Seaworld. So to go to Seaworld, you will need a seperate ticket.

    To go to the Magic Kingdom and Epcot park you have a few choices. You can buy single day tickets that allow you entry into one park. So you'd have to buy two tickets. There are also multiple day and hopper tickets.

    I was looking at the tickets and wondered this myself. Thanks for the help. Is there any tickets for cross-franchises, like Sea World AND The Magic Kindgom, or is that completely separate? I would think that would help everyone out...

    Not that I'm aware. I've seen UK companies do deals where you buy your tickets together for the different parks and get a discount. But they are seperate tickets. You're just getting a little knocked off the price by buying them all from one seller.
