Just been over on the Studio Central site and they have some rumors around the opening dates for Pixar Place (currently Mickey Avenue) and the new Toy Story Mania ride.

Opening of Pixar Place is rumored to be between March 20 and April 1
Soft Openings of Toy Story Mania could be Mid April to beginning of May
Official opening of Toy Story Mania & Pixar Place could be Mid June
