It appears that a fastpass ticket will be required if you want to get the stars autographs. Each visitor requiring an autograph needs a fastpass ticket.

Here's the fastpass rules for the event:
  1. Theme Park admission required for "On Location" Autograph Fastpass
  2. "All My Children" autograph Fastpasses to be distributed at Lights, Motor, Action Extreme Stunt Show
  3. "One Life to Live" autograph Fastpasses to be distributed at Star Tours
  4. "General Hospital" autograph Fastpasses to be distributed at the Indiana Jones Stunt Spectacular
  5. Each member of your party interested in getting an autograph must have their own Fastpass and must be present when getting the Fastpass
  6. A limited number of passes will be distributed on a "first come, first served" basis
  7. Fastpasses will have the designated time for you to get your autograph
  8. Once the allotment of Fastpasses has been reached, a limited number of "Stand-By" tickets will be distributed. THESE DO NOT GUARANTEE THAT YOU WILL BE ABLE TO OBTAIN AN AUTOGRAPH. That will depend on the celebrity's schedule.
