Ok, so who has been to Disney when there has been "moderate" crowds. What should we expect for waiting in line, waiting for buses, etc?
Discuss the Disney with moderate crowds thread at the Disney World Trip Planning forums at the Walt Disney World Orlando Visiting Forum.

Well you could be talking 1 to 2 + hours wait in line for some rides so you should be getting fast passes for the ones you really want to do that will reduce your wait to around 10-20 minutes. Don't forget even at quiet times wait times for rides like Sorin' can be 2+ hours and all fast passes gone for that day by 11.00am. Disney transportation should be ok as they increase the amount of buses etc as demand rises. If you are eating in Disney you should think about avoiding normal meal times like between 12-1 for lunch because you can waste a lot of time in line waiting for food. Try eating brunch mid morning and a snack late afternoon.
Hope that helps a little![]()

I remember being in Disney in January (low season) and the line for Soarin was 120 minute, and its not the most exciting entertainment whilst waiting.
Anyhow, here's some pages I would read to help you cut down on waiting:
