Going to Disneyworld in February

We are looking to book a trip to Disney in February. The 6th through the 12th.
This is the week BEFORE Presidents day week. I have read conflicting reports on how busy the parks will be. Some day, the week before presidents week is moderate-peak and presidents week is peak.

Can anyone help me? What is the week BEFORE presidents week really like....crowds, lines...etc.

Any help or info would be great! We have 7 year old twin girls, and this is their first time to Disney world. It will be my third time, but I haven't been there in over 15 years!
