I am going to Orlando in August, staying 8 days (7 nights). We have already bought tickets to Cirque de Soleil on the same night we get to Orlando.
We are trying to visit as many theme parks as possible. Is it recommended trying to visit to parks the same day? (Island of Adventure / Universal) or (MGM / Animal Kingdom) Right now we have identified seven parks to visit (Disney, Epcot, MGM, Animal Kingdom, Island of Adventure, Universal and Busch Gardens), but we only have six days to visit parks, since the other two days are traveling. I'll appreciate any recommendation. thanks. Cesar |

Re: Orlando Trip Planning
Hi Cesar. I'd say that would be a big ask. Busch Gardens will be a full day as you have to travel all the way to Tampa and back.
Another factor is that you are visiting during the school summer holidays and at the time of year when the weather is the most sapping. I'm assuming you're just going to identify certain rides or attractions you want to see as you'll never see it all in that amount of time. For example, I'd say you'd need two days minimum at Magic Kingdom to do everything. The Islands of Adventure/Universal Studios in one day is the most achievable I'd say. Especially if you shell out extra and buy the Express passes. If you plan on doing this, my advice would be to get the the parks around 45 minutes prior to official opening and have an itinery of what you want to do that day. Also use Fastpass at the Disney parks to your best advantage. Hope you have a great time.
