Disney Customized Maps don't work!!

Hi,

My family and I have an upcoming vacation to DisneyWorld in April. I visited the DisneyWorld site and customized maps for our trip, but when I reach the last page to Order the maps and click on the order button, I get an error page. I'm so frustrated 'cos the custom maps are really cool and I've been trying to get them to mail it to me at least for a month now! Anyone have the same problem and know how to fix that?

What did you do to get it working. Was it the website, you, your pc, something else?

The only thing I did not do when I got it to work was not to choose my vacation at step 3 of the custom map process. This is an optional step, but since I'd already saved my vacation plan, I just chose to select it everytime I went through the process, only to encounter the dreaded SORRY page. Once I removed the option to select my vacation, everything was fine and I could order!!

I hope this helps folks who have been trying to order but stumble at the last step.

As an aside, does anyone know which is the best Disney Travel Guide that gives you good insight of how to plan your trip with kids?

As a general travel guide, the Brits Guide to Orlando is great (not just for Brits). It's a nice size to carry around as well. Other than that, The Unofficial Guide to Walt Disney World is my other read.

The Same Happened To me i kept getting the same system error page but ls night time i decided that in the mornng i was going to try it on another computer so i did and the order went through all this in 2 days May 8,2010- May 9,2010 so i think its just the type of computer you guys have

Sounds really buggy to me. Has anyone email Disney's customer support or IT department about this? They probably want to know their pay software isn't working well. Also, I find that most of the time, the unofficial guides work the best for these situations. If anyone else has a better suggestion, hit me up.
