Trouble with Custom Maps...

Hello everyone. My Disney World trip is in September and I've been dying to figure out how to order those neat custom maps from Disney's website. I've customized them all but there seems to be no order button. The only option I'm given is to print them out at home. Has this feature been discontinued? If so, they really should stop advertising it all over the website...

Any help appreciated! (And yes, I'm logged in when trying to find the order button.)
