Water Park Footwear

Hi, I read somewhere that it is advisable to wear some type of footwear/shoes at the Disney water parks. What do you guys normally do when visiting.

I guess I'm thinking of getting some of those waterproof shoes with the zippers on you see kids wearing at the beach.

Definitely a good idea. My little one wears those types of shoes at the water parks. They're the ones she wears if she goes in rock pools.

The walkways tend to get hot as well so they're good in there. Not to mention the lavatories, always good to have something to slip on for when you go in there.

Crocs seem to be popular as well.
