Accommodation and Transport

My wife and I will be travelling to WDW may 2011. We won't have a vehicle but wanted to stay at the Hawthorne Suites at Lake Beuna. is there any feedback on these suites. And how often does the shuttle run.

I've never stayed but the reviews are generally pretty good.

As far as the shuttle goes I've read that they are three times a day, but only go to Epcot! If that's the case, you'd have to then use Disney transport to get to other Disney parks. It would be great if you could phone the hotel on (407) 597-5000 to confirm these facts.
